I just finished up a batch of Hummingbird Cupcakes. I love banana and pineapple, so needless to say this is one of my all time favorite cupcakes. If I could give you one tip when making this recipe, it would be to use (ripe) bananas. Not bananas that look perfect, but bananas that have brown in them. This really adds to the flavor.
